WHAT WILL IT FIT? – Base Dimensions: 4″ x 4″ , Lower base rail mount 4″ x 5.5″ Post Size Fitting; these post caps will ONLY fit on 4″ x 4″ Wood or PVC posts. The adapter pictured is a flat rail mount. Wood or Composite Posts : must be smaller than 3-13/16″ square. Hollow Vinyl Posts : inside opening must be larger than 3-15/16″ square.
